A five-day advanced development workshop

Cancellation Policy

Tuition and lodging fees are due upon registration.

All cancellations or substitutions for program attendance or accommodations must be received in writing (email is fine).

Tuition refunds:

  • If you notify us at least 30 days before the workshop that you are unable to attend the program, we will refund your full tuition minus the $750 venue fee (or fraction thereof, see accommodations refund schedule below) that we have committed to the conference center for each person’s daily attendance.
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations received within 30 days of workshop start date. Pandemic exception: If you must cancel because of a positive Covid test within two weeks of the program start, we will credit your tuition to a future program.
  • Substitutions may be made at no cost.

Accommodations and venue fees, which are payable directly to Action Design, will be refunded according to the policies of Babson Executive Conference Center:

  • 91 to 180 days before workshop, 40%  refund;
  • 31 to 90 days before workshop, 20%  refund;
  • 30 days or less before workshop, no refund

If we can re-sell the room to someone else, we can make a full refund.

If Action Design cancels the program, we will refund everything you have paid us.  We assume no responsibility for other costs you may incur, such as non-refundable airline tickets.
