Earl Dorsey

In over 30 years as a lawyer, corporate executive and sports representative Earl has assisted individuals negotiate complex matters and relationships to find mutually beneficial solutions and outcomes. Earl believes that success at all levels is accomplished through and in the context of our relationship with others.

Earl’s experience as a lawyer informs him that opportunities for more favorable and productive outcomes are better achieved through relations built on cooperation and trust than those of an adversarial nature. The ability to build working and productive relationships especially with those who see things differently increases the probability for success.  As a Leadership Development/ Executive Coach he has worked with individuals, teams and  organizations helping them acquire the skills and  tools necessary to develop relationships strong enough to master their toughest challenges both professionally and personally.

Earl received his B.A. in Psychology from North Park University, his Master’s in Public Health (Behavioral Science/Health Education) from UCLA and Doctor of Law (J.D.)  Southwestern University, Los Angeles.   He has worked for the past 6 years as Senior Faculty  with Action Design.
