Zack McArthur

Zack is a Leadership and Team Development consultant who was coached in the Action Design method for 5 years while leading Business Development teams in the tech sector as a manager, senior manager, and director. He used the framework to develop highly collaborative, innovative, and successful teams, train effective managers, and work cross-functionally with the executive leadership team and other departments. He oversaw multiple team turnarounds in high-growth environments. He credits his success to Action Design’s methods and is passionate about teaching the method to leaders at all levels.

While acquiring a Masters in Organizational and Leadership Psychology, Zack wrote his thesis on how the mindsets and skill sets taught by Action Design can promote cultures of learning, psychological safety, and effective diversity, and how visualization practices can be used to help coaches reinforce the method with their clients.

Zack is interested in how mindfulness practice can support the development of emotional and cognitive capacities that are needed for managing our most difficult conversations and moments. He actively integrates mindfulness and breathwork into his coaching practice.

Zack holds a Masters Degree in Organizational and Leadership Psychology from William James College and is a Leadership Agility Certified Coach from ChangeWise.
