Creating Productive Conversations

Tuition is due upon registration to hold your place in the program.

All cancellations or substitutions for program attendance must be received in writing (email is fine).

Tuition refunds:

• If you notify us at least 30 days before the first session of the workshop that you are unable to attend the program, we will refund your full tuition. Credit card processing or wire transfer fees may apply.
• No refunds will be granted for cancellations received within 30 days of workshop start date.
• Substitutions may be made at no cost.
• No refunds wil be granted for scheduled sessions that a participant does not attend.

If Action Design cancels the program, we will refund everything you have paid us.
